Evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions — delivered with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care.
I'm Kaustubhi — a Clinical Psychologist (A) with over three years of experience across psychiatric hospitals, community settings, residential care, and schools. I'm RCI licensed, trained in CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT, and I also bring art-based approaches into my work, because healing doesn't always arrive through words.
I've worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, as well as with children and families dealing with ASD, ADHD, and developmental challenges. My approach is formulation-led — we work together to understand your particular story, not apply a generic template.
Whether you're considering therapy for the first time or returning after a break, you'll find a space here that is honest, non-judgmental, and genuinely focused on you.
